The main attraction of our dishes is that they are made using traditional methods. Besides, we use foods which comes from the natural vegetable gardens that sourround the complex. Bio Dúrcal , a pioneer company in the cultivation and treatment of ecological products, guarantees the quality of a cooking based on traditional recipes of Mozarab inspiration, and naturallly made using a wood oven.
Molino del Puente , has different places for enjoyment:
- The Restaurant Tahona , with capacity for 70 people. The lounge is decorated in detail in order to combine elegance and a rustic style.
- The Restaurant El lago , with capacity for 50 people. It also has an open-air dining. In the summer, exquisite barbecue dishes can be tasted.
- The bar, connected with the open-air area. The perfect place to enjoy of a moment of peace with an aperitif, a snack or a coffee.
